Instructions:
- Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti or rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the drained noodles to the frying pan, along with the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and salt. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
- Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
