Ingredients:
- 300g of boneless chicken thighs
- 150g of jasmine rice
- 200g of mixed greens (spinach, bok choy)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water and cook according to package instructions.
