Ingredients:

  • 200g of mascarpone cheese
  • 100ml of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 pieces of ladyfinger biscuits
  • 50ml of strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
  • Dip each ladyfinger biscuit briefly in the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  • In serving glasses, layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
  • Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  • Dust the top with cocoa powder using a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
