    • 50g of ripe avocado, mashed
    • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
    • 1 slice of tomato
    • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

    • Toast the slice of whole grain bread until golden brown.
    • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
    • Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread.
    • Layer the chicken mixture over the avocado.
    • Add a slice of tomato on top. Enjoy your sandwich!
