Ingredients:
* 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

Instructions:
* Preheat oven: to 400°F (200°C).
* Prepare Brussels sprouts: Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
* Roast: Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and browned.
* Make glaze: While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, combine balsamic vinegar and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
* Combine: Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and toss with the balsamic glaze and dried cranberries.
