Spicy Red Hot Heart Cookies

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

 * 2 slices of bread (sourdough, white, or whole wheat)

 * 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, Gruyère, or American)

 * 1 tablespoon butter, softened

Kitchen Tools Needed:

 * Skillet or griddle

 * Spatula

Instructions:

 * Butter the Bread: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

 * Assemble the Sandwich: Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet over medium-low heat. Top with cheese, then the second slice of bread, butter-side up.

 * Cook the Sandwich: Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

 * Serve: Remove from the skillet and cut in half. Serve immediately.
