Ingredients:

 * 1 rack of baby back ribs

Instructions:

 * Wrap and Bake:

   * Place the ribs, meaty side up, on a large baking sheet.

   * Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil.

   * Bake in a preheated oven at 275°F (135°C) for 2.5-3 hours, or until the meat is tender.

 * Sauce and Broil:

   * Unwrap the ribs and brush them with your favorite barbecue sauce.

   * Broil the ribs for a few minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.

 * Serve:

   * Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving. Cut them into individual ribs or sections.
