Ingredients:

  • 200g raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • A few curry leaves
  • A pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat Oil: Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Fry Curry Leaves: Add the curry leaves to the hot oil and fry for a few seconds until they turn crispy.
  3. Add Cashews: Add the raw cashews to the skillet and stir to coat them with the oil.
  4. Spice It Up: Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to the cashews. Stir to coat evenly.

  6. Drain and Serve: Remove the cashews from the heat and drain on paper towels.
